The Radiator’s second location is currently under construction at Edit at River North and could open by August of 2022. The Radiator owner Sarah Green opened The Radiator at 2139 W. 44th Ave. during COVID in 2020. “It feels like we’re finally in a little more of a stable place with people going out and wanting to explore neighborhoods again,” Green told What Now Denver.

The newest location will be at Edit at River North located at 3463 Walnut St. in Denver. “Same menu concept and same morning-heavy café, bagel offerings, and then in the evening, we’re looking to change it into a bar,” Green explained.

“We’re at the mercy of the city right now,” Green said. Permitting is underway with the City of Denver, but the buildout for the new RiNo location is moving along inside the lobby area of Edit.

“They have some really cool things planned for there, as well,” Green explained, citing other planned restaurant and bar concepts. “It’s obviously a draw for anyone that lives in the building, but we’re hoping to extend to the people in the neighborhood and surrounding areas, as well.”

The Radiator on W. 44th currently operates as a café during the AM hours. “We sell bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, lattes, that kind of thing. And then usually at around three or four, we change to have an evening happy hour,” Green said. The Radiator currently sells beer and wine, but Green is working to have a liquor license approved.
